Cancellations

Please tell us at least a day ahead if you cannot come, so someone else can have the time. Missed visits may carry a fee, and you see it in writing before your first visit.

Clean needles and safety

We use sterile, single-use needles, open them in front of you and put them in a sharps container after one use. Your acupuncturist explains the risks before the first needle and answers every question. Needles can cause light bleeding, bruising or soreness, and, rarely, more serious problems that your acupuncturist describes.

Access

Tell us what you need: a ground-floor room, a lower table, a visit without scents, or extra time. We plan the visit with you before you arrive.

Privacy

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. Read the privacy page for what this site collects.
